Hoopa Valley Tribal Court
The Hoopa Valley Tribal Court provides culturally responsive justice services to the Hoopa Valley community, promoting safety, accountability, healing, and wellness. The Court includes specialized programs such as Wellness Court, which supports rehabilitation and recovery, and the Victims of Crime Program, which provides advocacy, safety planning, court support, referrals, and assistance to victims navigating the justice system. Together, these programs promote accountability, healing, and a safer, healthier community.
OFFICE CLOSURE
Hoopa Valley Tribal Court will be closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.
